Payment Terms

Delivery and Collection

Collection Agreement

Maximum Weight Limit

Liability and Insurance
Damage and Loss
We cover all reasonable care to prevent damage during delivery and collection. However, we are not liable for any existing damage before delivery or any incidental damage caused by the use of the skip. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time without any penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery may incur a cancellation fee.

Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during booking. Please note that the cancellation fee, if applicable, will be deducted from the total amount.
